Itinerary

Day 1

Friday 18 October 

Arrival into Heathrow Airport.  

Meet your minibus and driver for a transfer to Bath and check in to your hotel for a 3 night stay.

 

Welcome dinner this evening in hotel restaurant or one within walking distance 

Overnight: Bath (D) 

Day 2

British Style Architecture

Saturday 19 October 

Meet your local guide this morning for a walking tour of Bath to include views of the Royal Crescent, Pulteney Bridge, Assembly Rooms and Circus as well as Bath Abbey and Roman Baths (no interior visits) . Visit Thermae Bath Spa in the early afternoon (2 hr spa session, no treatments included) 

Free time afterwards for independent sightseeing and shopping in Bath city center.

Day 3

Sunday 20 October

Travel into Wiltshire today for a day touring the ancient sites of Stonehenge and Avebury. 

We will also  visit the site of Woodhenge, a Neolithic site close to Stonehenge, and have a stop to view Silbury Hill, the largest artificial mound in Europe, near Avebury. 

Return to Bath for an evening at leisure

Day 4

Monday 21 October 

Depart Bath this morning and travel to Glastonbury, via Stanton Drew Circles and Cove and the city of Wells with free time for lunch here and a  visit to the Cathedral and Bishop’s Palace included. 

 

Upon arrival in Glastonbury check in to your accommodation for a 2 night stay. Glastonbury is said to be the home of the mystical Avalon. 

 

Visit with a Priestess and learn about crystal and sound healing.

Day 5

Tuesday 22 October

Visit the legendary Tor and spend time in the healing gardens of Chalice Well.  Learn about nature as medicine as you navigate the gardens hidden surprises and healing waters. Visit the Goddess Temple and learn about Druid healing traditions.

Day 6

Wednesday 23 October

Early departure this morning to travel southwest via Dartmoor into Cornwall.  Your first stop today will be Boscastle.

 

Free time for independent lunch and an opportunity to visit the Museum of Witchcraft and Magic here (this is not included in 

tour price as needs to be paid on site) then continue to St Nectan’s Glen.  

Walk to the waterfall and spend time in this sacred place of mystical and spiritual natural beauty. 

Later visit the ruins of Tintagel Castle, said to be the place where the legendary King Arthur was conceived, then transfer to your hotel for a 2-night stay, with dinner in the hotel restaurant this evening

Day 7

Wednesday 23 October

Full day of touring ancient sites of Cornwall today. The first stop will be Menacuddle 

Holy Well and the Druid’s Chair near St Austell, then head to Marazion to view St  Michael’s Mount

 

Have some time for independent lunch here before continuing further west to spend 

time exploring the mystical stone circles and holy wells in the area this afternoon.  

Return to your hotel for an evening at leisure.

Day 8

Friday 25 October

Check out of your hotel and depart for London this morning.  

Weather / time permitting you may wish to visit St Clether Holy Well (the walk is ¼ mile 

approx. there and back along a path which is muddy and slippery after rain).  

Stop for lunch in a historical tavern.

 

Visit Cerne Abbas Giant and Winchester. 

 

PM arrival into London. Farewell dinner in restaurant close to hotel

Saturday 26 October 

Transfer to Heathrow for flight home (B)
